Forward Wing Attachments

The plans call them forward wing attachments I wanted to title this post canard attachment hinges, or something along those lines.  The bottom line is this, the two metal pieces are mounted to the two forward masts on the fuselage, they have bearings press fit into the top holes that a 3/8" diameter shaft goes through and connects to two of the four forward wing hinges.  They still need radii cut, to be bent, and the bearings pressed in place.
All of this labeling made me realize I had the nomenclature wrong in some previous posts, they should be correct now.
I looked at all of the ribs that need to be cut for the main wings today and I do not know how to approach that one.  It's very overwhelming because there are over 40 ribs in each wing, each with compound angles, and the foam is really expensive.   So I need to find the best way to cut them with the most efficient use of material and effort.  I might have to cut out some cardboard patterns and lay them on the sheets to figure this one out.
