I finally made a landing that I can be proud of on Wednesday!
Back to work. This set of pictures shows the layout of the fuselage jigs that I machined out of 1/2" MDF. Also in the last picture is my quality control agent Kassey.
Unfortunately my spruce is no where to be found yet. I ordered 2 sheets of Divinycell from Wicks and am waiting for those too. I decided that the piece of mind outweighed the cost savings in the foam even though I have test reports showing that the construction foam is capable of handling high loads; the plans show PVC foam (Klegecell) and that's the route I am taking.
Number of hours: 1.6
Total hours: 23.2
