This page is to list any modifications that I have made or will be making.
#1 Move ailerons inboard by 1 wing section to lessen adverse yaw
#2 Use a differential cable between the aileron bell cranks instead of using bungees
#3 Use bearings in the pulleys
#4 Add brake connection to rudder cables
#5 Use a Yamaha KT-100 15hp engine - changed to Koenig SC-430
#6 Use Divinycell, not so much a modification as it is a personal choice. The original was built using Klegecell and the plans suggest using 1" thick blue fabricators foam as an alternative.
#7 No real design for wheel pants
#8 No detail on the lower mounting apparatus for the main landing gear, so I will build a mirror of the top braces
#9 The fuselage structure between the wings is not clear
#10 The number of main wing spar fittings is 4 per side for a total of 8
#11 No mention in plans of V speeds
#12 Plans call out trim tab control slot to be made in the Left Hand fuselage side and the anti-tab control horn to be located on the Right Hand side. I will be putting it on the left hand side to keep things conventional.
#13 Make rudder pedals from aluminum channel and hang them from the top
#14 Make the cockpit opening 31 3/4" instead of 27" long
#15 4 point harness attachment structure
#16 In flight adjustable trim
#17 Moved anti-tab control fittings inboard to avoid interference with the hinges
